1st Team Meeting
Last week SPIRIT Racing Systems held its first GBM of the year, and the turnout was great. There were a lot of new students interested in every part of our team, from driving to design, and the kru is really excited to get to work with everyone. The chairman also excitedly announced our team’s new Mission, Vision, Values, and Motto (MVVM) for the year. The MVVM was created to remind us throughout the year that we are all striving for the same goals. On a day to day basis, it will help us make decisions that are in line with the team’s trajectory for success.
